What happens after I submit a reservation request?
Submitting the form starts a reservation request. We review your dates, vehicle choice, and pickup/delivery details,
then confirm by text/email. You’ll be directed to payment to place a deposit (or pay in full) to secure the booking.
Card on File Policy
Cash App cards are not accepted for cards on file, reservation deposits, or future charges. To complete a reservation, customers must use a valid major debit or credit card in the renter’s name. Reservations submitted with a Cash App card may be declined or canceled.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit holds your requested dates while we finalize details. The exact amount is shown on Stripe checkout.
Is mileage really unlimited?
Yes — unlimited mileage is included.
Smoking policy
No smoking (including vaping). Cleaning fees may apply if violated.
Pets policy
No pets allowed. Cleaning fees may apply if violated.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may be charged a late fee and/or additional time/day depending on schedule and availability.
Pickup vs delivery — how does it work?
Choose Pickup or Delivery in the form. If you select Delivery, include the address and preferred time in Notes.
Where do I pay and is it secure?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe checkout. The amount shown on Stripe is the amount charged.
